The Energy of Your Words

Your choice of words carries immense power and can significantly impact your life. Therefore, it's crucial to stop using phrases like "I don't have time," "It's too expensive," or "I'm too tired." When you use such negative language, you're sending out signals to the Universe that you want to remain exhausted, financially unstable, and time-poor.

Instead, try asking yourself if saying "I'm too tired" improves your energy levels. It certainly doesn't. But if you can alter your words, your energy will start to shift too. For instance, you could say, "My energy improves every day," "I will have a restful sleep tonight," or "Thank you for the good night's sleep."

Make a conscious effort to recognize such negative thoughts and rephrase them positively. Make it a fun game and see how many ways you can reword these sayings to the affirmative. Some examples could be, "I always have plenty of money," "Money is always flowing towards me," or "I have enough time for everything important in my life."

When we feel stressed, we tend to rely on our default habits. So, if your default is to use negative language, that's precisely what you're asking for in life. To change this habit, you need to practice being mindful. Catch yourself when negative thoughts arise, and turn them around. And, when you notice yourself spiraling towards thoughts that create worry, anxiety, and fear, show yourself some grace, and say, "Thank you for sharing, but I choose to move in a different direction." Make a conscious effort to move towards Love, Joy, and Abundance.
